Santa Claus is coming to Lanier Farms!

The Nokesville Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department has coordinated with the North Pole to take Santa on a trip through Lanier Farms on Saturday, December 14 (with a makeup day on December 21 or 22). Santa’s trip will start at another community at about 10:00, so listen for the sirens to announce his arrival.

Check out Santa’s Community Parades for more information and to access the Santa tracker!

2025 Homeowners Assessments

After careful review of the 2024 expenses and projected expenses for 2025, the Board of Directors approved the 2025 budget, based upon an assessment of $74 per home per month. As was discussed at the Annual Meeting in November, the decision to increase dues was not made lightly and reflects increased costs for services such as trash collection.

Assessment coupons and Direct Debit Enrollment forms will be mailed in December, and assessments are due on the first of each month. Please contact Mike Connolly with any questions or concerns.
