New Community Manager – Eleanora Bergstreser
We welcome Eleanora Bergstreser as the new SFMC community manager for Lanier Farms. Eleanora brings extensive experience in commercial management, governance, board support, communications, and operations to her role. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with boards and leaders, helping organizations stay organized, informed, and focused on their goals. We look forward to working with her as she learns more about the Lanier Farms community.

About Lanier Farms
The Lanier Farms community was established in 2004 and includes 180 single-family homes with a tot lot and basketball court among its amenities. The community currently is served by Chris Yung Elementary School, Gainesville Middle School, and Gainesville High School.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of five members elected by the HOA members at the Annual Meeting. Their meetings are held virtually using the Zoom platform with dates posted on the website.
